Need

The customer wanted to create a solution to track deliveries of all grocery trucks and also provide decision support to identify available parking spots for the drivers.

Approach

Vassar Labs used a portable architecture that can enable the solution to run on any cloud architecture and created a solution that integrates real time parking data and the location of the truck on to an intuitive dashboard. The dashboard also performs various analytics such as Delivery Score, No. of parcels delivered, Avg. Time Spent at Customer location, Utilization of Vehicles, Tracking of vehicles with a timestamp of status of each delivery van and its statistics of delivery, non-delivery, parking etc.

Real time tracking of vehicles along with the Analytics associated with it in a single Dashboard at an individual van level or fleet level or specific geography level granularity.

Anti-Counterfeit Solution with Customer Engagement using NFC RFID

Need

A large liquor manufacturer was having problems with adulteration and counterfeit goods getting into the supply chain of its products. The liquor manufacturer also wanted to engage the customers who buy their products with customized content.

Approach

Vassar Labs provided a solution which involves NFC RFID tag with a tamper loop that was placed on all the bottles. An android app that was provided by Vassar Labs as a part of the solution was used to identify the counterfeit products. Any person with an Android mobile phone could use the app to detect any counterfeit products.

The same tag can be used to engage customers with recipes for the liquor, any details about the specific origin and unique details about the bottle etc to engage the customers.
