Enabling Efficient Water Planning

A smart water grid plan is used for filling minor irrigation tanks in the regions, for transfer of water from canal system and from surplus regions to enable dry spell mitigation in the drought prone districts of the state. To enable this, integration of database of all tanks to which water can be supplied are identified and source from which water can be transferred to tanks is mapped using technology.
